These General Terms and Conditions of Contract – hereinafter CGC -, regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.eurocoin.es, owned by EUROCOIN COMPONENTS, S.L. (hereinafter EUROCOIN), a Spanish company, with NIF B86059698, and located at Calle San Pedro de Visma, 39 15011, A Coru\u00f1a – Spain.<\/p>\n
Users who make purchases in www.eurocoin.es fully accept these GTC and are bound by them, as if they were written at the time of contracting\/purchase.<\/p>\n
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the GTC, prior to the purchase of any product through www.eurocoin.es<\/p>\n
Eurocoin Components, S.L. reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time. <\/p>\n
Prices and conditions of sale are for information purposes only and may be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by filling in the purchase form implies agreement with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that specific time. Once the order has been formalised, the purchase will be understood to have been perfected by law, with all the legal guarantees that protect the purchasing consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual in nature and may not be modified without the express agreement of both contracting parties. Spanish will be the language used to formalise the contract. <\/p>\n
EUROCOIN reserves the right to deny and\/or suspend access to the services provided in www.eurocoin.es for reasons of breach of contractual good faith, non-compliance with applicable legislation, these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and\/or in cases of fraud detected by this company and\/or any of its suppliers.<\/p>\n

To this end, EUROCOIN informs that the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. Among them, it contemplates the possibility of doing so by email to the address ventas@eurocoin.es <\/p>\n
In accordance with current legislation, the contract can be cancelled, without the need to justify such a decision and without penalty of any kind, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by the customer.<\/p>\n
In the case of refurbished products, EUROCOIN reserves the right to deduct such refurbishment service from the total amount of the return, as these products are refurbished at the customer’s request\/request at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n
These products are the sum of a used hardware item + a refurbishment service. This cost is valued at \u20ac35 for products with an RRP of less than \u20ac200, and a cost of \u20ac70 for those with an RRP of more than \u20ac200. <\/p>\n
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts concerning:<\/p>\n
Once we receive the product(s), we will refund your money.<\/p>\n
You will only be liable for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a handling of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.<\/p>\n

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and\/or handling of the product other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning. In these cases, the consumer must be responsible for its repair. The following are therefore excluded from the guarantee: <\/p>\n

Those cancellations of orders that imply a return to the customer and that are by bank transfer will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to exceed 7 days.<\/p>\n
