The EM2037V4 is the flagship OEM engine in the range, designed to deliver superior scanning performance even in the most demanding environments. Its megapixel imaging technology allows barcodes to be captured with high precision, including dense, damaged codes or codes of different sizes and qualities, as well as on-screen codes, ensuring fast and efficient operations.

This engine excels especially in applications where reading from mobile devices is critical, offering solid and stable performance in high-demand scenarios.

The EM2037V4 is available in two versions: Standard Range (SR) Lens and High Density (HD) Lens, allowing performance to be tailored at different scanning distances according to the requirements of each integration.

Sixth-generation UIMG technology
It integrates Newland’s most advanced scanning technology, with a CPU-optimized decoding algorithm that ensures efficient reading on all types of code and allows firmware to be adapted to each environment.

It captures high-resolution images with high accuracy, allowing the reading of 1D, 2D, OCR, high-density codes and DotCodes, even on screens.

Customizable lenses

Smart sensors
The AEC (Automatic Exposure Control) sensor adjusts the illumination for high-contrast images, even in dark environments or when reading from screens.

Direct connection to PC
It incorporates an additional 5-pin connector that allows direct connection via USB interface, facilitating integration into existing systems.

EasySet Configuration
Compatible with EasySet software for Windows, which allows you to configure, clone and update firmware in an agile way.
