It can be connected by pulse, MDB protocol or by direct software integration, being one of the most versatile options on the market (valid for indoor or outdoor).

Requires LAN / Ethernet wired internet connection.

Allows you to accept contactless transactions without PIN authorization.

How does it work?

Using the MDB protocol, the user selects the product they wish to purchase from the machine, which subsequently requests the correct quantity from the Payter device via MDB, once the payment is validated, it sends a confirmation to dispense the product or validate the service. This communication protocol is one of the most widely used today by most terminals.

On the other hand, through pulses, the Payter device is configured with a fixed amount to be charged to the user. The device is always ready to receive this payment, once the operation is validated, a confirmation notice is sent by pulses, this pulse can be configured according to the needs of each machine.

How much do transactions cost?

The unattended payment industry is in many cases unknown to most machine operators, so we want to give you all the information so that you know in detail the added costs that the product has. This option is one of the cheapest in the entire European market.

Device registration mypayter customer account = 12.50 EUR ( single payment per device, activation )

Service contract with Payter = 2.50 EUR / month

This service corresponds to the server of the Payter devices, as well as the use of their management platform. From this platform, you can access the transactions in real time of each device, as well as make technical modifications to them, telemetry, etc.

Payment gateway = 4.00 EUR/month

A payment gateway (or payment gateway) is the technology intermediary that connects an online or physical store with financial institutions to process card transactions, acting as a secure digital “gateway” that receives, encrypts, and transmits the customer’s payment details to the bank, and then returns the purchase approval or decline. ensuring a fast, secure and automated process for authorizing payments

On the other hand, the customer must contract a merchant ID code to operate these devices. Through the link at the beginning, we put you in contact to start the registration with ELAVON / EXCELL PAY, making this process as quick and easy as possible. However, the customer is not obliged to contract such services, and could use any other compatible partner.

The transaction costs are 2.00%, with a minimum of 5.00 EUR/month.
